Today, the Chemical Safety Board briefed me on their process to investigate the tragic, deadly explosion at Clairton Coke Works earlier this month. They expect to issue an investigation update in a few months with the basic facts they've found so far before issuing a final report into the explosion's root causes. I'm grateful to the first responders and investigators who were onsite after the explosion. We owe it to families of the fallen and the workers to get to the bottom of how this happened and how we can prevent it in the future.
