Firstly, our paper from 2020, where the Dxcover approach was used to determine the IDH1 status of glioma patients from blood serum instead of tissue. IDH1 is a valuable diagnostic and prognostic biomarker that is used in the management of glioma patients.

Secondly, our investigation into the impact of tumour volume on the diagnostic accuracy of the Dxcover multi-omic spectral analysis approach has been highlighted in this special issue. High and low grade tumours as well as tumours as small as 0.2cm³ were correctly identified.
