@MTNza Rather upsetting to get debited R803 instead of R329. No communications , and Im told you credit to my MTN account for Your mistakes. Now I need to wait 2 to 3 days for My money to be sent back to my account. This is absolutely unacceptable and it is not the first time.

@lootcoza Hi Loot, you've promised to refund me for the goods you failed to deliver. Its been 7 working days and no refund. For a first time customer this is quite a Horrendous experience with you. R4000 of mine is not refunded!
