@ChipotleTweets Gotta love making an online order and given a time when it will be ready. 20 minutes after time they didn’t start making the order. Then didn’t bother to start making it after arriving. No food 1 hour later after order. No care. Worst experience ever.

@ChipotleTweets the Ft Smith Ar restaurant needs to be shut down, absolutely horrible service, filthy, trash cans over flowing, never had such a bad experience, corporate needs to visit with hazmat suits.

@ChipotleTweets Why can the location closest to my house never get my order right? 😮‍💨 No extra rice, no extra fajita veggies, barely any meat for my bowl (good thing I ordered a side of meat). And my tacos were supposed to be crunchy. They gave me soft.
