In a new #GENETICS paper, @christiandhuber and colleagues determined the accuracy of two commonly used paleogenomic methods for studying #ancientDNA and evaluated their performance and behavior in resolving increased demographic complexity: bit.ly/46t9zP3

We present a manuscript in which we describe the genetics of natural variation in the ploidy of A. lyrata from the White Sea to the Bering Strait, resequencing whole genomes of > 400 A. lyrata from herbarium and seed collections. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

I'm recruiting a postdoc to work on the evolutionary genetics of introgression, following on our recent work (doi.org/10.1126/scienc…). This is a 2yr joint position w/ collaborators at Huazhong Agricultural University, and the pdoc will spend 1 year at each locale. Please share!
