BREAKING: A Baptist pastor was convicted Thursday of preaching near an abortion center. Pastor Clive Johnston was found guilty of violating a so-called buffer zone outside an abortion business in Northern Ireland that bans praying, preaching and pro-life free speech. Johnson held a worship service outside the abortion center to try to share the Gospel and save babies. This is an egregious violation of free speech rights -- specifically of pro-life people who want to save babies from abortions. “This is a dark day for Christian freedom,” Johnston said after today's ruling.

A British pastor has been found guilty of sharing the gospel.

The already unjust and controversial law on abortion buffer zones has been selectively applied to criminalise gospel preaching. CI Director Ciarán Kelly speaks to @TalkTV about Pastor Clive’s case. The ruling should dismay anyone who values free speech.
