@kierang76 Hey Kieran, we can see that the 17:20 and 18:20 screenings are greyed out which means these performances are sold out - more are available at 19:20 and 20:20 😊

@deftomens Sorry to hear that, we would recommend clearing the cache and cookies from the web browser you are using before attempting to sign up again if signing up via the website. If signing up via the app, we would suggest trying the website instead 😊

@cineworld I tried to make an account weeks ago and it failed, I was recently emailed saying there was tech issues and to try again, so I’m trying again but it just won’t accept my card at all, the details are correct and it’s the only bank card I have/use

@cineworld Is your website / app down? It's not letting me make an account which I sort of need done as it's my birthday tomorrow and I intend on buying a Cineworld Unlimited card and watching MK2? It sort of just comes up with the same error code everytime.
