@cipherstash

CipherStash makes access control cryptographic. The rules aren't configured. They're enforced. A breach yields ciphertext, nothing useful.

Today we're launching the CipherStash + Supabase integration. Developers can now build privacy-first PostgreSQL applications without giving up the features they expect. What you get: * Search encrypted data (equality, range, ordering & full-text) * Encrypt sensitive fields before they ever reach Postgres * Keep keys under your control with ZeroKMS * Add data-level access control tied to identity * Works natively with Supabase and TypeScript This is about making strong security the default—not something that slows developers down. Learn more: cipherstash.com/supabase Docs: cipherstash.com/docs/integrati… Thanks to the @supabase team for partnering with us. Looking forward to seeing what everyone builds next.

Supabase is doing dope shit
Paul Copplestone - e/postgres@kiwicopple

Supabase has raised $500M at a $10B valuation In this round we are giving @supabase employees the opportunity to cash out 25% of their vested options. We have done this in every round since inception. We do it as a “cashless transaction” so that employees don’t need to front any cash to exercise their options. This is the friendliest way we could design it until we can offer RSUs. On top of that, we give employees a 10 year exercise window: whether they stay or leave the company. The typical/default window is 3 months. IMO, equity is earned and employees shouldn't be penalized because they don't have the cash to exercise within 3 months of leaving a job (often that's the time they need the cash/certainty the most).

Privacy isn't a feature you bolt on. It's whether your data is actually protected when it's sitting in the database. We've now kept 1 billion+ values encrypted and counting 📈 cipherstash.com/blog/one-billi…

Application security was designed for one principal: a human reading data once per request. Agents broke that assumption. CipherStash Stack is what comes after. Searchable encryption enabling data level access control in your @typescript apps. "npx stash init" with @PostgreSQL or any platform built on top of it. Works out of the box with @prisma, @DrizzleORM, or the @supabase JS SDK. cipherstash.com/blog/introduci…

AI is changing how we build apps and we need to update the way we secure them. The @prisma Next @cipherstash extension lets you mark a field as encrypted and it handles the rest, giving you a clear, centralized security policy worthy of 2026. cipherstash.com/blog/ciphersta…
