Firstly I am alive. A brutal last 4-5 miles in tropical conditions (dont get this weather up north!). In a perverse way really enjoyable.The crowd are first class and many thanks to all the volunteers. Well done to my fellow @CirculationFDN runners @ellieroseatkins @DaveRiding ..
