🔥 BREAKING NEWS: 21SHARES FILES FOR HYPERLIQUID (HYPE) ETF 🇺🇸 Crypto asset manager 21Shares US LLC filed an S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch the 21Shares Hyperliquid ETF. The filing marks the second major proposal for a HYPE-tracking ETF in the U.S., following Bitwise's spot HYPE ETF submission in September 2025. If approved, the ETF would trade on U.S. exchanges, potentially unlocking institutional capital and broadening access to $HYPE beyond direct crypto trading.
