Sad news to pass along: Was just informed that a lifelong Houston fan, Tony Bruno, passed away just before Christmas. He was 99.
Mr. Bruno volunteered in the @UHCougarFB offices for 33 years.
Here’s a feature I did on him in 2018.
His favorite line was: “Have no fear, Bruno is here.”

@SUPiratesFB junior Cam Roberson was honored on the national level by D3Football.com as defensive back of the week! Roberson had two interceptions, along with picking off the Tigers again on a failed two-point conversion. Roberson is the second Pirate to be recognized nationally this year.
