Torture chair! Did a Biodex test at Pinnacle Performance today. In April 2017 my quads were equally strong. Now right quad is 40% weaker. Will do rehab at Pinnacle Performance. More info on Biodex test will be posted to my website soon. So watch for it on coachneville.co.za
