Opening Weekend SBXC 2024 The team had a great start to the season at the Battle at OCP and the Thompson 2 miler. We had a ton of great performances while earning numerous medals and 2 team trophies. #SBXC2024:ExpectMore

Congratulations to the boys team winning the Red Division Championship 34-65 over Metuchen. Strong team effort with 8 of 10 guys running personal best. Solid team average of 16:49 w a 28 second compression. Arth Batra lead the way in 4th place in 16:31. #SBXC2024:ExpectMore

The team had a great meet at the Thompson Class meet. Seniors boys won their division w Arth Batra winning the race in 16:51. Girls also had fantastic performances with Natasha Kenny and Ovi Telavane finishing 2nd in their divisions w personal best times. #SBXC2024:ExpectMore

The 4x400 of Jason Keiser, Jayden Davis, Anshul Jha & Mario Williams finished 3rd in a school record 3:18.08.. It was a fantastic way to end a great season w a great group of young men. We run, we jump, we throw! #S.I.P

Great day at the Meet of Champions w 4 medal winning performances! Braden Paulmenn finished 4th in javelin w a personal best of 182-0. Jason Keiser finished 6th in 110HH in 14.25. Gavin Mabes finished 8th in pole vault w a jump of 13-6.

Jason Keiser finished 3rd in the 110HH. Aarav Yadav and Gavin Mabes tied for 3rd in the pole vault. The 4x400 relay of Jayden Davis, Jason Keiser, Anshul Jha, & Mario Williams finished 3rd. Along with the 7 scoring athletes, Jason Keiser qualified in the 400IH

This past weekend, the boys team finished 3rd in the Group IV State Championships. We scored 48 points, with 7 athletes scoring over 7 events. Braden Paulmenn finished 2nd in the shot put, 3rd in the discus & 4th in the javelin. Mario Williams finished 2nd in the 400.

Week 5: We Throw: CJ Group IV Sectional MVPS Braden Paulmenn earned two golds and a silver in the discus, shot put & javelin. He threw lifetime best marks of 57-0.5 in shot put and 176-6 in javelin. Matthew Pierre threw a PR of 50-4.5 to finish 4th. #SIP2024

Week 5: We Jump: CJ Group IV Sectional MVPS Bryce Ellison won the high jump title clearing a lifetime best of 6-4. Aarav Yadav competed well while finishing 2nd in the pole vault tying his personal best of 12-6. #SIP2024

Week 5: We Run: CJ Group IV Sectional MVPS Mario Williams is on the 400 in a PR of 49.99 and anchored the winning 4x400 relay in 50.3. Jason Keiser ran a lifetime best of 14.44 winning the 110HH. He also earned 2 more golds in 400IH & 4x400 and a 6th in 200. #SIP2024

Week 4: We Throw: GMC Championship MVPS Xavier Lynch threw a lifetime best of 50-7 in the shot put to finish 3rd. Braden Paulmenn earned two golds & a silver in the discus, shot put & javelin. He threw lifetime best marks of 55-2.5 in shot put & 173-10 in javelin. #SIP2024

Week 4: We Run: GMC Championship MVPS Mario Williams debuted after weeks of rehabbing an injury to run great races in 400 (2nd in 50.20) & on the 4x400 (2nd) Jason Keiser ran a lifetime best to win the 110HH & 400IH. He earned 2 additional medals in 200 & 4x400. #SIP2024
