Sorry Justin, it should have been me. I love you, and I will do my best to live a life that honors you. You will forever be apart me and I will let your story live on. I know you and your dad are looking down on us right now, please tell him that he raised an amazing man! RIP

@Bat_t3 You can! So can dual sport athletes that are participating in track, baseball, lax etc. It does require adjustments. I’m not having a kid squat for volume then play football, or run a track meet later. Olympic lifts are great for game day, prime the CNS!

Coach P has been a guiding light for many of us, and now it's our chance to support him in his fight against cancer. Every contribution matters. Let’s come together for someone who has given so much to our community! gofund.me/df720e960

@CoachShack_ Correct. One reason why SBF wins - injuries nearly disappear. Fresh, fast, healthy, alert athletes are nearly bulletproof. Plus RPR. Plus fewer collisions in practice.

@pntrack I believe it was a reference to some team doing a ton of 400s, which I agree is stupid. Like I said, your message is solid. IMO, advertising wins is a bit misleading in regards to your philosophy. Injuries probably have a much higher positive correlation

@CoachShack_ Never have I said “wins don’t matter”. Never. I have said teams that do dumb things can still win because “dumb beats dumber”. And, obviously coaches with superior talent will seldom lose.

Long-duration ISOs. Hypertrophy clusters. EMOM urgency. This episode is a masterclass in the post-season rebuild. Coach Bill DeLongis of Trinity shows how to fix the stiffness, restore the engine, and get stronger before winter break. Comment PODCAST and I’ll send it over.
