Both our men's and women's teams had the 11th highest team GPA in the NAIA and were named All-Academic Teams.

Lucas achieved his 2nd National Qualifying mark of the season yesterday, winning the 1000m at Iowa State with a time of 2:27.73

Emmy is a great addition to our team. She is a four-time state meet medalist who has really thrived in the 100 and 4x100. We are excited about what she will bring to our sprints group and we're looking forward to having her join us.

Maite is a very experienced distance runner who will join us in January as a transfer. She finished 11th at the NCCAA Cross Country Championships in November and 352nd at the Ironman World Championships in October. We are excited to have her join us.
