Series Our 2026 Private School Coaches Clinic Speaker is Bryan Hicks, Quarterbacks Coach at Southwestern University Hicks currently serves as the Quarterbacks Coach at Southwestern University, returning to his alma mater where his impact as a player remains unmatched. As one of the most influential Pirates in program history, he leads the school in passing attempts (825), completions (473), passing yards (5,515), and touchdowns (40). He was also a key contributor to Southwestern’s historic 2016 SCAC Championship season, helping set the standard for offensive success within the program. His coaching journey began as Offensive Coordinator at St. Dominic Savio Catholic High School (TAPPS) from 2018 to 2020, where he was responsible for offensive installation, quarterback development, and game planning. Hicks then moved into quarterback coach roles at Cypress Ridge High School from 2021 to 2023, followed by Katy Paetow High School from 2023 to 2025, working with quarterbacks in highly competitive programs and contributing to offensive consistency and growth. Hicks also brings professional insight after playing four years of Arena Football in the Indoor Football League and National Arena League.
