Congrats to the Varsity on winning the Lindbergh/Mehlville Tournament Championship today beating Lafayette 8-7. Owens picks up the win and also had 3 RBI’s. Medina with the huge save! Lake had 2 doubles and 3 RBI’s. Eisenhoffer and Simokaitis each had RBI’s. Unbelievable effort!

Congrats to the Varsity on their 3-2 walk-off win over Vianney on a 2 out hit by Kaleb Owens! Lake struck out 8 in 3 innings. Schlicting and Medina combined for 4 scoreless IP in relief. Kestler/Stegall each had RBI’s. Herrin/Delic each reached base 3 times. Awesome team win!!

Congratulations to the Varsity Baseball Team on their 10-3 win over Webster. Boland picked up the win only giving up 1 earned over 4 1/3 IP. Delic reached base 4 times including 2 hits and 2 RBI’s. Kestler had 2 hits and 3 RBI’s. Lake had 2 hits and 2 RBI’s. Great team effort!!

The first and third bunt is one of the best and most underutilized plays in baseball. Scores a runner and moves a runner into scoring position. Trading an out for a run and moving a runner into scoring position is winning baseball.
