When Christ is not the focus of your faithfulness, you will fail in every other pursuit of faithfulness. Christ is the standard. Christ is the focus. Christ is the aim. Faithfulness is not trying harder in your own strength—it is walking in obedience to Jesus Christ daily. Fix your eyes on Him. Walk faithfully. Obey fully.

For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things 1 John 3:20 God is greater than our feelings!

I’ve fallen but not too far out of God’s grace. Sometimes I find myself condemning myself so much that I can’t get up. Our sin is not greater than the power of Christ’s blood. It’s time to get up, there is work to do for the kingdom. Shame can’t hold you back!
