Kerala cuisine was the star of the show at the NAC thanks to Kenton Leier and his team at NAC 1 Elgin Restaurant this past weekend. The aromas of Kerala spices filled the air for three days straight, making it a learning and fun experience for everyone involved.

We celebrated the harvest festival by serving a traditional Onasadhya on a Banana leaf with over 20 veg dishes. It was a great evening of celebration with great music and food. We look forward to hosting our next Onasadhya in 2024. thaliottawa.ca/gallery/onasad…
