Roasted to bring out a deeper body and to maximize the sweetness and depth of flavor found in the high grown coffees of Rwanda, this coffee will make a perfect well-balanced espresso, or a bold drip cup.

Did you know that on a single branch, coffee cherries can be unripe (green), ripe (red), and overripe all at once. High-quality coffee is often hand-picked so only the ripe cherries are selected—one reason great beans take real labor (and care).

Coffee of Grace is proud to be a part of the inaugural U Trailblazer Black Alumni society Brunch held this past Sunday, March 1st celebrating a legacy of the first black graduates of The University of Miami. The first of many and the beginning of a new chapter in history.

Did you know that coffee “beans” are actually seeds from a fruit called a coffee cherry. The discarded outer fruit can be dried and brewed into a tea called cascara, which tastes lightly sweet and fruity—more like iced tea than coffee.
