@Aconcagua78 @propfirmeye @PropFirmMedia To clarify Your account was a genuine breach. Our accounts don’t use equity drawdown for 2-step. I explained this to you in your ticket 20 times and even offered a reset

@propfirmeye @PropFirmMedia I am a victim of Coinfunded prop scam, I bought a static drawdown account and held a net PnL of ~$900. However, my account was closed stating maximum drawdown which is false, as I do check both daily and max drawdown on dashboard every new trading day.

Another CFD prop firm is shutting down. CFD props simply won’t make it in 2026. Race to the bottom pricing → unrealistic conditions → payout pressure → eventually the model breaks. When firms sell $200K accounts for $29, the math has to come from somewhere. Usually it comes from denying payouts. Or changing rules. Or quietly disappearing. That’s the problem with simulated prop models. They’re not built around real trading. They’re built around evaluation fees. If too many traders win, the model collapses. That’s why structure matters. We’ve put $6M into our liquidity provision fund so payouts don’t depend on traders failing. Traders win → we allocate capital → trades go into real liquidity. No simulation economy. No fee treadmill. Just capital, liquidity, and traders who can actually perform. The prop industry is going through a reset. The firms built on fees will disappear. The firms built on capital will survive. You get access to $5K–$200K in trading capital. You keep up to 90% of the profits. You can withdraw anytime. So naturally the question is: What’s the catch? The catch is simple. You actually have to be able to trade. If you can’t manage risk, the account won’t last. If you don’t have a real edge, you won’t make money. If you revenge trade, overtrade, or abandon your plan, you won’t pass the evaluation. That’s the filter. The capital is real. The payouts are real. The only question is whether your trading is.

You’re wrong Exchanges profit from liquidation fees. Market makers profit from spread. Brokers profit from flow. The loser can be either be the average trader in his bedroom or massive hedge funds. Prop firms give traders something most people don’t have access to: • Large capital allocation • Defined risk limits • A capped downside (your loss is the challenge fee, not your life savings) Yes, most traders fail. But that’s true everywhere in trading… prop firm or not. But for the small percentage who are profitable, prop firms can compress years of capital building into months. If someone can’t pass risk parameters on a prop account, it’s very unlikely they would survive trading their own capital either. Where do you think your profits come from as a quant? From thin air? It comes from other market participants This is a zero sum game.

I’m not sure why so many people glamorize prop firms as something positive for the trading industry when their entire business model relies on trader failure. It’s simply another way of extracting money from the industry. Instead of it going into market makers pockets, it goes into theirs. There’s a reason new prop firms keep appearing, the profit margins are high. The statistics speak for themselves, Out of 100 traders over 5 years: Prop firm traders: 1–3% remain profitable Traders using their own capital: 3–8% remain profitable Prop traders fail faster because of strict drawdown rules, time pressure, and constant evaluation resets. You’re trading inside a system designed to make an already difficult profession even harder. I’m just stating the reality. Whether people like it or not.

Funded trading in one tweet: 1. Pay a small fee 2. pass a simple profit target 3. get funded with the firm's money ($50k–$200k+). Trade their capital. Keep 80–90% of profits. Blow the account? You just lose access — not your own cash beyond the fee. Your max risk = the entry fee.

1% risk on a $1,000 account is $10. That doesn’t move the needle. You either start over-leveraging... or you abandon your strategy entirely and chase volatility. Both kill traders. Here’s why funded accounts exist: • Trade with $5K–$200K without depositing your own capital • Your only risk is a one-time evaluation fee • If you fail, you lose the account — not your bankroll
