There’s an on-chain metric called realised profit/loss. It basically tracks whether people are selling their Bitcoin at a profit or a loss. Right now, it’s showing strong profit-taking, meaning many holders are locking in gains instead of holding. In fact, when Bitcoin briefly touched $76K, investors took out around $1.14 billion in profits in a single day. That’s big. And when people sell like this, price naturally slows down or dips. This data isn’t perfect. On-chain metrics only track coin movement, not intent. So just because coins are moving doesn’t mean they’re being sold. They could simply be shifting between wallets or exchanges. But other signals support this idea that selling pressure is outweighing buying demand: Buying demand isn’t strong everywhere, only on certain crypto exchanges Funding rates are slightly negative, meaning traders are still cautious Overall activity on-chain has cooled off Put it all together and we get the full picture: Buyers are still there… but they’re not aggressive enough yet to overpower the sellers. Therefore, the price has slowed down.

Bitcoin climbed to $75000 quickly, but it is going to take a breather. BTC is up about 10% this month, but the momentum has slowed. Why? Because a lot of investors are cashing out while prices are high. There’s an on-chain metric called...more

Honoured to be selected for @wef's Young Global Leaders Class of 2026. Excited to learn from leaders from multiple countries across finance, tech, policy, and social impact all solving very different problems in very different contexts. This is the kind of exposure that helps you innovate, build better products, and drive more impact. India's digital infrastructure is already one of the best in the world: UPI, Aadhaar, and other Digital Public Infrastructures have shown what's possible when a nation builds at scale. The next chapter is about innovating further and taking these strengths global and making India a hub for innovation across sectors. That's what I want to do with YGL: help put India's story on the global stage, learn from the best, and contribute to building a Viksit Bharat as outlined by our Honourable PM @narendramodi. We recently completed 8 years of CoinDCX and celebrated it at our company offsite. When @neerajKh_ and I started this journey in 2018, we had no idea where it would take us. This weekend, we celebrated 8 years but not in a boardroom, but at an offsite with the people who made it all possible: our team. But this offsite was different. We made it a "Bring your family to work" day. Honestly, it made the whole event even more exciting. -> Kids were running around everywhere. Parents watched their children walk up on stage, receive awards, and meet the whole team. For many families, it was the first time they truly saw what their children do every day and the culture we have built together. -> My parents also spoke to the entire team about the 8 year journey and shared their best wishes and blessings for the journey ahead. Our employees also shared how their families have been the quiet backbone behind everything they do. It was one of the most moving moments I have experienced at a company event. -> We also had a deeply inspiring session with @GautamGambhir, India's cricket coach and @CoinDCX's brand ambassador. Neeraj and I sat down with him for 30 minutes and spoke to him about his journey, how he builds teams, and the mindset it takes to play long games in work and life. Our team got to ask him questions too and his answers were raw and honest, as he always is. -> And of course. There were performances, great food, music, and a lot of dancing. Building a company is hard. But moments like these remind you why you do it. It's the people. It's always been the people. Here's to 8 years and to many, many more. 💪
