This is why I don't use the term "Metroidvania", honestly. It's always dug under my craw. I've just preferred to refer to them as "explorative actions". Secondarily, I love a good explorative game, but I wish Castlevania would take another legitimate stab at linear platforming.

Completely blind on this one. Reminds me of when I was a kid picking up Prince of Persia cause it looked cool. Excited to go home and play a game with no advance notice or reviews. 😁

@eddys_back @BruhLarsen I think that term is an adequate proving ground deal. He's on pace to be roughly a Dylan Strome-type center; solid second line guy for now. Leo Carlsson just seems that much more polished and dominant overall. If he lives up to the hype and exceeds expectations, by all means.

@Hibiki2MD The fundamentals add so much passion to a match. Yeah, it's "play fighting", but the optics of a struggle get you emotionally invested. It's how wrestling moves are supposed to work.

@BruhLarsen I'd say try Fantilli on a 3 year deal, at most. Maybe it's the crap coaching poor roster composition, but he's not quite exhibiting the caliber center that warrants a blockbuster deal for a third overall pick.

Nightmare season for the #CBJ Back in January they were the favorites/Top 3 at a chance for McKenna. Now they’ll have the worst odds at him, they traded a top young player to a division rival, and they’re going to lose all their UFA’s. Literally couldn’t have had a worse outcome.

@taffy982143420 I love Boone Jenner. Always have. And at one point during his captaincy, I was waiting for him to rise to the occasion and elevate the team. He's just not that kind of emotional leader. He's the face of the organization by committee. Olivier shows more of those qualities.

@ColonelFancy A lot of our “leaders” have been here 5 plus years and have won nothing. Then we expect some of these guys who’ve won nothing to teach and lead our younger players to win. Which at that point is like the blind leading the blind IMO.

Only hope that comes out of this is Waddell realizes after the second straight year of a collapse late in the year is there needs to be change in the leadership group. Too many passengers on this team. #CBJ
