Is this true, @CostaCoffee? It's really disappointing if so as the Mocha Cortado was one of my usual 'go to' drinks. 😕 I don't mind a regular Cortado, but it's just not the same. #Coffee

Very disappointed with my experience at @CostaCoffee today. I found a hair inside my burger, which completely ruined my meal. I’ve attached photos of the burger and my receipt. I hope your team looks into this and provides a proper resolution. #CostaCoffee #FoodSafety #Customer

@CostaCoffee the first time I had the oat velvetino the velvety texture felt like heaven. That was the first and last time I experienced it. I’ve tried it again at least 4 times since and always get disappointed there is no or little velvety texture on top just a dearer icecoffee

@CostaCoffee 🙁 Disappointed with my “Pink lemonade” I ordered this afternoon. Super hot day and wanted something refreshing…lukewarm Water straight from the tap about 3 small ice cubes. Should have had my usual latte !!
