Class 4-6 Boys & Girls All-State MBCA All-State honors are voted on by coaches representing each region from around the state on the weekend of the Show-Me Showdown. Players are listed by school in alphabetical order.

Pittsburg State Women's Basketball advance to their first Final Four in school history as they defeat Lubbock Christian, 66-55, in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. Incredible performances by Karenna Gerber (Halstead) with 24 points and 12 rebounds along with Grace Pyle (McPherson) with 16 points, five rebounds and six assists. Maycee James (Goddard) with 11 points and Sydney Holmes (Maize) with seven points. Harper Schreiner (Eudora) also with two assists. Incredible job by Gorillas head coach and Girard alum Amanda Davied. #4 Pittsburg State improves to 33-3 on the season and will play in the NCAA-II Final Four on Wednesday against #1 Grand Valley State. #sportsinkansas
