XRP RALLY MAY NOT NEED CLARITY ACT $XRP's price appreciation does not depend on the CLARITY Act clearing Congress, Jake Claver, Chairman of Digital Ascension Group, says. Speaking on the Good Evening Crypto podcast with host Abdullah Nassif, he argued that the groundwork for a rally is already in place. Claver pointed to existing regulatory frameworks as sufficient. The SEC and CFTC have already issued guidelines categorizing XRP as a digital commodity. In his view, what the market needs now is implementation, not new laws.
