Choosing not to react is in itself a reaction, yet that usually comes off as rude despite it being how I try to mind my business and not bait shit talking other people. Break the cycles… I refuse to entertain the same things anymore if I’m weaving better patterns for myself.

there are all these warnings & stereotypes about drug use but one simple but fairly often overlooked aspect of it is that even just “casually” popping prescribed pills can drastically alter your basic personality. & over a long period? forget about it. take a break, find yourself
