Tyson just had to pay a fine, Kroger admitted to it in court. Lot at the record company profits in the last 5 years compared to before.

So if a plane ticket costs $1200 to fly from Florida to someplace else in America, but then jumps to $3000 because a hurricane is coming…….that should be criminal. No company should ever be allowed to price gouge during disasters.

Look at the consolidation into monopolies when FTC fails to challenge mergers and how that has skewed the market and has led to price gouging. Also looks at impact of Citizens United and influence businesses have gained as a result and the impact on consumers
