@HSBC you actually have the worst chat service. You say the wait time is 10mins, yet 27mins later I was still waiting for a reply (& I had already begun texting your operative)& then when I replied saying ‘hello’ the chat restarted & now the 2nd person it’s been a 15min wait???

I remember when Rochelle Humes said she was wearing her natural hair curly to help her daughters embrace their curls and she did for like 6 months and then her hair has been straight ever since. I always want to comment on her insta but I’m not crazy lol
