@DFSCare I can't DM you as it says I have to upgrade to premium. My son has emailed again today and will be reaching out to the ombudsman and the FCA as DFS has lied 3 times about cancelling a credit arrangement and reordering a different set of furniture.

@DFSCare My patio sofa set has discoloured. Half of it has changed colour. Not happy considering how much we paid for it and supposed to be an outdoor product. Can’t message you. It says I have to pay premium to DM you. Tried calling and been waiting a long time for a call back

The condition my order arrived in. Material not finished and a broken armchair @DFSCare .My heart is broken and nobody taking accountability. Just a young Dad trying to do his best for his family! If this how you treat young families good luck keeping them. Very disappointed!
