@DFSCare called, 03339999777, told the delay in delivery is a ‘supplier’ issue and there is nothing that can be done!!! Good job I didn’t want my sofa for Christmas 2025!!! Although at this rate it may be delivered by Christmas 2026!!

@DFSCare Absolutely horrible experience from DFS Peterborough. Manager is refusing to communicate directly when I’ve asked repeatedly due to being missold a collection from one of the sales advisors. Next steps will be to get the @OmbudsmanTweets involved.
