Coinbase has announced its plan to activate AQAv2 on USDC as the treasury deployer, with Circle serving as the technical deployer responsible for CCTP and native cross-chain infrastructure. Both Coinbase and Circle have committed to stake HYPE to activate AQAv2. As part of this transition, Native Markets has agreed to terms granting Coinbase the right to purchase the USDH brand assets. With Coinbase, in its role as treasury deployer, sharing the vast majority of reserve yield revenue with the protocol, USDC will become the most aligned stablecoin on Hyperliquid. As a result, canonical outcome (HIP-4) markets will use USDC as the quote asset in a future network upgrade. User and builder feedback has been consistent that fragmentation leads to degraded experience; now, the community no longer needs to choose between liquidity and protocol alignment. The pioneering work of Native Markets in launching USDH as the first production-scale stablecoin sharing yield directly with a protocol in a purely onchain implementation made AQAv2 possible. The learnings and mechanics pioneered by USDH will live on in AQAv2. The Hyper Foundation will give grants to eligible HIP-3 deployers, HIP-1 deployers, and builders who integrated USDH, supporting teams through migration over the next months. These grants reflect an ongoing commitment to teams who choose to build on Hyperliquid and align with the protocol. USDH markets are fully functional but will sunset over time. USDH remains fully backed, with feeless conversions to USDC and fiat available to users during this transition.

i often hear from naysayers "there is no use case for prediction markets, especially for institutional participations" i disagree. and here is a great example: i present to you what i believe is the most important event-based contract right now in the market for crypto: "will clarity act be signed into law in july/aug 2026?" this is singlehandedly the biggest event catalyst for crypto stock valuations (CRCL, COIN, but also BTGO/HOOD/GLXY and even PYPL, SQ) in which if investors by hedging away acute risks can uncover an opportunistic trade with structured risk management but the volume is abysmal! (<$3mm) which means the price is not high signal/high fidelity as a result, i personally believe there are two mispricings occurring here: 1- the 70-75% 'yes' still feels very high to me as much as i am rooting for a good outcome 2- but even more strongly, i believe the july/aug spread at 24%/68% is heavily mispriced and the term structure itself can be traded with +EV if matched paired with stock beta in other words, the only way to get better prediction accuracy is to incentivize institutional liquidity flow. that is the future of the prediction markets business. whoever wins institutional partnerships (and then structured products around it) will cement a massive moat

@dgt10011 @Strive @ColeMacro I heard similar ie it would cost MSTR a lot more to do similar but for a small fund it makes sense. I imagine that if the market likes it then it's better than increasing the div by 1%?

Strive just took this one step further by going daily payments on $SATA. This is what the future of digital credit looks like. Well done @Strive @ColeMacro !
Jeff Park@dgt10011

no matter what your personal view may be on strategy, bitcoin, or corporate treausury, one thing is clear: $STRC attempting to offer semi-monthly dividend is a pretty revolutionary moment for corporate finance currently there are no issuer-originated corporate instruments that offer semi-monthly dividends. however, we know retail has been loving more frequent payments as demonstrated by the success of weekly pay suite ETFs and daily accrual money market structures. Even blackrock just shifted their money market funds GMMF and PMMF from monthly to weekly payments. thats because the premium for liquidity has never been higher. even more poetically, this is actually a win for a long-standing thesis in the broader crypto industry crypto has long imagined various "streaming payment" models where the instantaneous of payments would create a totally new concept of epochs that isn't going to limit digital money by human constraints. people are quick to think that the big revolution is 24/7 trading, but actually i believe the bigger revolution is 24/7 credit. many crypto yield products, and the basis of why tokenization can be so important (and stablecoins), sits on this obvious insight yet to be unleashed corporate bonds generally pay semi-annually. the logistics of 10b-17 aside, that means the difference in actual cash on cash return for an instrument that pays 10% semi-annually vs semi-monthly is about 25bps in effective yield. that is a big enough spread that can compound materially over 5+ years where investors were due compensation for the risk and the reason is simple. its because interest payments represents the literal physics of money- specifically the moment money's potential energy becomes kinetic energy. there is simply no reason for digital money to have ex div effects that distort liquidity discretely if the administration of such a system can plan for it. that is why what $STRC is doing matters: it sets a new standard for corporates to do better, for the benefits of their investors to achieve higher liquidity with less cyclicality one day we may yet again move from weekly to daily payments, and from daily to hourly, to instantaneous. the internet doesn't care whether the sun is rising or setting, nor will the ai agents care either. excited to root for strategy to lead the way to bridge this dream of crypto onto the traditional capital markets- if volatility is vitality, then liquidity is liberty

@AGratefulApe @Strive @ColeMacro It’s a declaration vs settlement arb of sorts, which is classic crypto actually. There’s more seriously an expense burden question but that’s not for me to opine on.

@dgt10011 @Strive @ColeMacro How is this possible? I remember during earnings Phong and Saylor saying something about a 10 day limit with Nasdaq which makes bimonthly the best you could do. Would appreciate some clarity on this.

JANE STREET SLASHED ITS BITCOIN ETF EXPOSURE IN Q1 2026, CUTTING IBIT BY ~71% AND FBTC BY ~60%, ACCORDING TO ITS LATEST 13F FILING Price discovery is back on the menu
Jeff Park@dgt10011

Everyone is asking: "Is Jane Street why Bitcoin isn't at $150k?" As expected, the answer is trickier than the question. But it's also more structurally unsettling than the conspiracy theory itself—and once you understand the actual mechanics, you won't be able to unsee them👇
