DMG provides its April operational results

Last week was busy for DMG as management attended three conferences. Our thanks to Roth and Darren Aftahi for setting up an investor 'Fireside Chat' with our CEO and COO. It was good to meet with the Honourable Stephen Fuhr: Secretary of State (Defence Procurement), leading the newly established Defence Investment Agency (DIA) at DEFSEC again in Calgary, Alberta. As well, DMG participated in SECDEV Foundation's "Reimagining Security and Development in the Digital Age" in Ottawa, Ontario.

@DMG_Investors Two units were already purchased and are in transit to Christina Lake for the end of March as discussed on the Management Call. The option to purchase the remainder is still open to DMG.

@dmgblockchain Did I miss an update in there for the MOU on the SCIF rated containers that were purchased? Were they actually purchased, and does the company have possession of them? ANY OTHER company would have posted photo updates on something like that long ago. Only Malahat MOU mentioned

@DMG_Investors It is still in the pipeline, Canadian Utilities are under a lot of pressure when it comes to allocating more power to bitcoin miners - we believe this one will be completed and we can announce it

I is very small and DMG did not press release ourselves something like this as a stand alone press release. We may add a few sentences in a future press release. DMG has know Luxx and Altus Capital for a very long time and are happy to assist them when and where we can with their strategy. Also, please remember at the onset of DMG going public in 2018 Charlie Lee was an advisor to DMG.

@pouliot57164 Obviously it is a little bit more revenue as it is new hosting, but not really material. If Luxx adds in more miners than that number should grow with some extra profit for DMG. Additionally we will be putting Luxx in contact with STC about their digital assets.

@bitcoingod20889 This is minimal revenue now for DMG as it is only 20 machines to start with. For comparison, DMG has over 10,000 miners running. However they are looking to scale up with more miners once they get a better understanding of mining.

Since our 15 July 2025 update on BTC Treasuries, DMG has move to 73rd from 50th place. Despite a major influx of new treasury companies, DMG's hodl has been fairly consistent.

@DMG_Investors Hydro technology mainly drives efficiency in power usage, using fewer pumps and dry coolers consume less power than the 1000s of fans on miners that all take power to cooler the mining equipment. We did a study on this a few years ago that showed an 18% reduction in power.

@dmgblockchain How much more efficiency will this create for the company’s fleet?

Our Christina Lake team is busy working on installing the first of many new CDUs to convert our legacy air cooled mining fleet to new liquid 'Hydro-Cooled' technology inside our 27,000 ft2 building.
