Dollywood will open tomorrow (January 5, 2025) with adjusted operating hours from 1 p.m to 9 p.m due to impending inclement weather. Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa and Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort remain open with regular hours.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The National Weather Service has indicated that Hurricane Helene is projected to affect our area over the next several days. As a precaution and for the safety of our hosts and guests, Dollywood Theme Park will be closed today (Thursday, Sept. 26).

Dollywood will close at 4 p.m. (Wednesday, Sept. 25) due to inclement weather. We will continue to monitor weather conditions and announce any additional schedule changes as they become available.

@Dollywood Where were any of your employees during the first 90 minutes of the flash flood? Patrons had to take apart a fence to free their cars. There was a tree downed across a flooded road. No one could leave the park. Crickets. WHERE WERE THE EMPLOYEES DURING OVER AN HOUR OF CHAOS?

@Chief_Weather No one is managing the situation at Dollywood. My mother was nearly swept away by stormwater trying to leave the park. They’re letting people go to cars/wait for trams with no plan for how they’re actually going to leave the park.
