@dpduk_ do you think this is acceptable? Your delivery driver didn't knock and then threw the missed delivery note on the floor! Is this disgusting behaviour ok in your book. If our parcel goes missing, I know who I'm blaming!

@dpduk_ my parcel was due Tuesday with £8 next day delivery. It was late with no update, so I changed to a pickup locker, now delivery failed because the lockers aren’t working. You’re retrying to the same broken locker, no option to change address, no callback after 2 calls.

Hmmm almost 12:00pm & still no @dpduk_ delivery tracking for a delivery that is due today 🤔 Tracking still just says: "We've received your order details, and we're expecting your parcel shortly" No idea if it's coming today or not 🤷
