@DPRMY_ Yeah, we "unfortunately" still live with my parents, and I can tell that every time my mom speaks or that my dad and her engage in a conversation (more like a fight, 'cause that's what they've been doing since forever) you can literally feel the air shifting, becoming suffocating

I've been saying this to my mother since forever! She's the one unknowingly manifesting negatively and always bringing everything and everyone down with her, especially my 22yo brother diagnosed with BPD, major depression and etc. Her response? Shrugging as if I just spit bs 😫

ive been in a really low episode recently and i stumbled upon this piece on neuroplasticity & how complaining becomes addictive/habitual & trains your brain to look for the bad in everything, reinforcing negative feelings 🫠 so now im putting myself on a 30-day no-complaining ++

@DPRMY_ It's actually a great thing to know that u got someone like by ur side. Let them "drag" you along into his positivity. Just try to bask into it without any other thought a little bit each day as a sort of mental work out. If u manage, happy things will come to u! U CAN DO IT!👍🏻🫶🏻
