This should be a local TRUSTED baseball guy who is NOT your HS/Travel Coach. Someone who will give you complete unbiased truth about where you may need improvement Create a budget for the DEVELOPMENT PROCESS. Educate yourself on who are the top Speed/Strength Coaches, Skill Coaches within an hour of your home. It’s important to seek out a top professional not who’s easy and convenient Invest in equipment that can be used at home - in your back yard Example; I’m a pitcher. Get a 9 hole screen a bucket of balls and a pitching dummy. Set it up in the yard and go get yourself some command! There are some great “portable mounds” you can get for a great price point today as well 💪 Prioritize needs over wants! This is a HUGE one Learn Social Media & create your own FREE marketing materials (videos, profiles etc) Fiscal responsibility = reduced stress, increased focus on performance for a better ROI There is so much more to this we can discuss later but this is a great starter.
