Just beat Ghost of Yotei on the hardest difficulty (lethal) ~50 hours This easily one of the best games of all time. The writing. Music. Gameplay. Voice Acting. Very little could have been done to make this game any better than it already is. What a journey Do not sleep on this!

We got Donkey Kong because the next Mario will actually iterate on the collect-a-thon formula. DK:B is a fun game but gdamn does the lack of variety 10 hours in. Missed opportunity: they should have leaned into metrodvania a bit, and made for backtracking as you unlock skills
