Last night they de facto supported a Development Company that will take over our planning process. 🧌 @CambridgeLabour are selling @camcitco residents into subservience! 🧌

Listening to a talk on resilience and it raises a question. What would we do if electricity failed right now and didn’t come back on? 🫢 Currently there is no guidance. Tonight, we heard that we will be fighting to maintain democratic control of planning. Full Council. 🙁 Consultation on the Establishment of a centrally led Urban Development Corporation for Greater Cambridge. 🙁 Why is there a full council meeting a few days before the consultation has finished? 🙁 Why not afterwards? 🙁 This is a massive decision.
