@Ubiquiti This past December, I paid UniFi $1,500 for a support contract — the same amount I paid the year before. That’s $3,000 total for support I was promised but have never received.
After surviving cancer and undergoing recent kidney surgery, I’ve been physically unable to maintain my UniFi system. I paid your company a significant sum specifically for the professional help I needed. Instead of delivering that help, UniFi took my money without hesitation and then completely ghosted me.
I opened a support ticket last week and sent multiple follow-ups. The result? Total silence. Not one reply. Not even the courtesy of an acknowledgment. You cashed my $1,500 with zero intention of providing the service I paid for. This isn’t poor customer service — this is straight-up theft and abandonment of a paying customer who is recovering from serious health issues.
UniFi’s behavior is disgraceful, unprofessional, and borderline fraudulent. You happily take people’s money but refuse to honor the very support contracts you sell. I am not asking for a favor. I am demanding the service I already paid for in full.
Provide an immediate, substantive response and resolution from someone who can actually help. The silence ends now.
