Governed swarms are constitutional systems, not chat topologies. A deterministic causal layer records what happened. A semantic lattice decides what can count as admissible knowledge, with non-scalar finality that prevents compensation attacks. A propagation layer diffuses candidate evidence.

Can we replace orchestration-as-topology with governance-as-policy for agent coordination -- with formal convergence guarantees, bitemporal auditability, and a perpetual compliance lifecycle?

Hint : yes we can. And it's exposing useful properties for regulated context.

unpopular opinion: playing the same city three weeks in a row is better than hitting three cities once each. fans start bringing friends, inside jokes form, the show becomes a thing people look forward to. it stops being a gig and starts being a ritual

With Riemann, the notion of a manifold emerged — a space that may be globally complex but locally smooth. A system no longer “chooses” a path in ordinary space. It evolves on a manifold — an abstract space of possible configurations.

Most firms can’t release AI agents “into the wild.” The stakes are too high. See: Agents of Chaos (MIT / Harvard et al., 2026) arxiv.org/abs/2602.20021 So they wrap them in orchestration layers, approval logic, monitoring stacks, exception handlers. The whole enterprise grade enchilada. At scale (10 agents), it becomes a Rube Goldberg machine. Coordination cost grows quadratically. We build agents for autonomy and deploy them in containment. We’re reaching an architectural inflection point. Time for a different geometry.

In large regulated orgs, we need governed state graphs for always-on agent swarms coordination, don't we ? - Wu Wei style - Least Action - Margulis and lie groups, high dimensionality. Like or follow if interested.

« Contact sales », c’est l’abandon de panier assuré. Le tue l’amour. On a Stripe aujourd’hui, X402 demain. Vous avez combien de « CTA » qui tuent votre revenu passif? Cc @Maldoju

>be me >want to pay @MistralAI money for their cool new audio transcription API >API docs have a "contact sales" button instead of a stripe link >Just run the model locally instead because I don't feel like fussing with a sales rep Do Europeans hate making money?

trying to finish songs faster even if they're messy. perfectionism just means no one hears anything. rather put out 10 weird experiments than obsess over 1 perfect thing

unpopular opinion: your Patreon subscribers are worth more than your playlist adds 10 people paying $5/month = $600/year 10,000 monthly streams = maybe $30/year direct-to-fan isn't a side hustle anymore, it's the main hustle #IndieMusician

vinyl isn't nostalgia anymore - it's strategy. labels are calling physical music a "core channel" for 2026. your fans want something they can hold. press 100 copies, sell at shows for $20-30 each. that's real money. #MusicBusiness

indie artists now get HALF of all Spotify royalties. read that again. we're not the underdogs anymore - we're the majority. time to act like it. focus on your superfans, skip the gatekeepers. #IndieMusic
