The tech ecosystem operates on a simple spectrum. We call it the Builder's Scale. They are the ones actually changing the world right now because they don't wait for permission or funding, they just ship. But there is a ceiling. Being a Builder is the perfect catalyst to force a product into existence. But to survive the long game, you have to realize that writing more code doesn't solve go-to-market problems. At a certain scale, the Builder must swallow their pride and become the pure Founder. Are you building a product, or are you building a company? Know the difference.
