@deltafaucet had a home built last fall. Extra robe hooks that we waited to install.
Went to hang the other day, no hardware to hang it. Called Delta. New kit arrived, ( 2 weeks to get it ) and it’s the wrong mounting kit.
Delta please help!

@superdavefraser@deltafaucet I have run into the same thing with @deltafaucet. We’ve been trying to get a part replaced for our shower that is about 3 years old. The part has failed twice since April 2025. We were told via email on Dec. 11 that our part was ordered. However, we’ve heard nothing.

@deltafaucet Hi Delta Faucet. My 4353-DST started to completely shut off any water. No water coming out any more. It worked perfectly until 10 mins ago. Water supply is intact... other ones are working fine.

@deltafaucet I bought a 9178TLV-SP-DST Touch2.0 kitchen faucet just over 3 years ago. The touch valve has gone bad and it is leaking from the pull out as well. What a shame to buy a faucet for more than a thousand dollars that is not only poorly made, but warranty cannot be done online.

@deltafaucet I'm a little late i posting this but I recently had a problem with my Delta Faucet. I contacted Delta via chat. Eddy C was very helpful and had my issue resolved. I am convinced that I made the right choice in selecting Delta Faucets.

@deltafaucet my order was placed almost 1 month ago with no movement. Chat reps keep telling me its scheduled to ship 'today' the last 3 times Ive reached out. The system keeps showing them 'today' as the date. Why can none of your reps help me????
