An app known as Depop has been holding MY MONEY for the past few weeks. I tried contacting customer support and got nowhere. I am FURIOUS. I had 67 sales, all 5 star reviews and they banned me while in the process of depositing my money. @depop @depop

I really wish @depop would fix the issue with potential buyers that make offers on stuff but when I accept the offer they never checkout because they think it’s automatic instead of accepting the payment on their end. This happened 5x last week. It’s very frustrating! Nudge them!

@askdepop You guys suspended my account 20 mins ago and I have $300 in my balance. I shipped 2 items yesterday they are going to be delivered on the 14th and the 16th. Will I be getting paid for those items or will you guys just not pay me in addition to suspending my account??

Thanks again for your patience during the downtime last week. We experienced a problem with an infrastructure upgrade, which made our apps and web site temporarily unavailable. We're currently reviewing the incident to guard against similar outages in the future.

@depop Im 19 and don’t have a license But I uploaded my learners license with my date of birth on there along with the ssn verification is there any way it can verify without the official id I’m super frustrated because the app is for people over 18 but not all people over 18 have that
