I figured out that there’s something profitable traders have that the unprofitable don’t. It’s not luck. It’s not intelligence. It’s not strategy. It’s who can eliminate mistakes faster. You take impulsive trades? Cut them. You revenge trade? Cut it. You risk too much? Reduce risks You set breakeven randomly? Fix it. Survival precedes profitability. Most traders never make it because they don’t give themselves time to. Stay long enough in the game and figure things out yourself by learning from the guys who figured it out. Fix your mistakes, or the market will fix them for you the other way.

I got my first ever payout from trading in April 2024, through a $6k FN account which I luckily won from Sir Techriz, and this was where everything changed for me as a trader. And this why I genuinely think prop firms are a game changer for small traders in the industry who don’t have enough startup funds. Getting that payout gave me hope as a newbie, and it encouraged me to keep showing up. I was able to make over $2000 from that account in total, and was also able to get other prop accounts which I have also withdrawn from. As a trader, if you have a prop account especially from a reputable propfirm and you’ve never been funded before, take it seriously because, it could be the ticket to your first ever $1k. I remember nobody believed in me, not even my father till I got this payout. Which is why you must fade everyone talking you out of trading saying you won’t succeed. Focus on the right thing and keep showing up everyday. Things will eventually fall in place, I promise you. That being said, I’ll be taking my propfirm journey very much seriously in 2026. Let’s do make allocation and multiple 5 figure $$ payouts who’s with me?

Trader to Trader: No matter how clean a setup looks, never over-risk because you feel price will go in your desired direction. Always view all setups the-same way, because anything can happen, and it’s it’s all a game of probability.That way, you’ll manage your risks properly, and avoid over risking. Good risk management and the ability to think in probability are major attributes of a profitable Trader.

I lost most of my net worth around June-August, due to some bad Money management decisions I made. Lost 6 funded prop accounts, lost all my gadgets around that season, and almost quit Social media 4L. I became very depressed for months, I couldn't even make posts or even enter the charts. Funny how very few people know this, cuz I don't share my problems with anyone. I was able to come out of depression after I stopped comparing myself to others. Friends, comparison is a thief of joy, and would only lead you into depression. Find peace and contentment in wherever level you are. The fact that someone you started with is now making more money than you gives you no reason to start judging yourself. We all have a different pathway to success, Your's might be rougher, but you'll definitely get there. I'm still on the journey to recovery all I lost, and I'll get there soon. Just focus, keep moving, keep grinding, and don't let your present condition make you think it's all over. Remember, A moving Man must meet his Luck. And when you meet your luck, don't take it for granted. Gm!

In the past 2 months, I’ve lost: -100% of my portfolio -All funded accounts -All challenge accounts -Telegram community (took me 2yrs to build), lost due to account ban. -Lost my social presence on X. -Became scared to trade, and hit the most depressing time of my life so far. I’ve learnt that everything takes Gods grace, and no matter how hard you work, you can lose everything in a split second over a small mistake. I lost the urge to trade, the urge to show up daily, I feel lazy and unmotivated to do anything. I just wake up, think and think about my life, and then I go back to sleep. I finally understood what depression really meant. Will I give up? No. Everything I had/have came from trading. I’m here because I’m a trader. my sisters are in school because I’m a trader. I met a lot of wonderful people in this space, because I’m a trader. I became a totally different person, the way I view life and think in probability came because of trading. Trading basically change my life, so giving up is a big L. I am putting this out here because I know there’s a lot of traders out there struggling because they lost everything they worked for. You’re not alone. And giving up will only worsen the situation. I see this as the hard times that make up a good success story. Anytime I remember what I used to be and who I am now, I tear up. But I also smile because I know what I can still achieve if I keep showing up. I will remain optimistic, because, A MOVING MAN MUST MEET HIS LUCK. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be going back to study, and refine myself. Not technically, but myself in general as a person. I will try again and restart everything afresh and I will succeed. I can’t rewrite my past, or the mistakes I made. But I have the power to build my future the way I visualize it in my head. I’m definitely coming back bigger and better. I am Destiny. Watch out.
