@hasselljpb They’re channeling the old “Restraint with Equity” from Bob Hawke in the 80s. No, we haven’t forgotten!

What does intergenerational equity mean? That you work like hell, make huge sacrifices, save as hard as you can, be responsible with your spending (paying all your taxes) only to get taxed all over again to help young people who have been harmed by government policies.

@TSmith1867 I’m tipping that there’ll be a bit missing necessitating a parts run in the rod

@brodenholland 💯 It’s frustrating when you can’t get them clean enough to be accepted for recycling

Any truth to the rumour that u should store grease cartridges vertically and facing down. Air is always giving us grief. 😩 Will it help ?

Chasing a hydraulic filter housing for 8R JD tractor. Bung thread stripped on a previous service by someone else😳 None in WA until Tuesday. Any wrecks around?

@Tucsy438 Looking like a good option, borrowed one from the spray tractor to keep rolling.

@DigbyStretch Heli coil 7 Heli-Coil inserts are precision-formed, coiled metal (often stainless steel) fasteners used to repair stripped threads or create stronger, permanent internal threads in materials like aluminum, metal, or plastic.

@knightd73 That’s an option, as is welding in the bung as it isn’t really needed, but alloy/iron weld

I'm not one to be a conspiracy theorist, but you have to wonder how, in a time of war, inflation and a world wide cost of living crisis that wool prices can near double....Maybe demand wasn't quite so bad after all despite the information (and prices) we were receiving from 'down the line'😏 Another relentlessly good day for the market. Congrats to @studram100 who had a very good day 😉

It just keeps on going! Another spectacular week for wool with no sign of the run ending any time soon. I was talking to a close wool trader mate this morning, who has just recently returned from China, having travelled there selling wool for the last 30 odd years claimed it was the most positve trip (for wool) he can recall. I'm of course claiming full credit (😉😜) with the popularity of merino wool for polos and t-shirts (themerinopolo.com.au). In all serious though it does actually seem that it's not just the oncoming shortage of wool that is driving this, there actually is real, growing demand for our magnificent fibre. Another strong week expected next week based on interest and sales being made. #merinoisgreatagain #wearwhatyougrow #wool
