TANGO, through the CSO Coalition on SSR, engaged with consultants from the ONS in a consultation meeting focused on developing a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework for the security sector. Strengthening accountability and effectiveness remains key. #SSR #MEL

They also conducted comprehensive health screenings, ranging from consultations and blood pressure checks to lung examinations and blood sugar testing, promoting early detection and better health outcomes.

During the session, the Swedish medical doctors delivered insightful presentations on cancer and mental health, sparking engaging discussions among participants.

During the Gunjur kombo South dialogue on irregular migration, participants highlighted key issues such as unemployment, inequalities and weak legal frameworks as drivers. Key recommendations included strengthening technical education, reforming the school curriculum.
