The State Commissioner for PwDs, Goa, Guruprasad Pawaskar, participated in the Sabal Conference Rural Disability Convention on 10 March 2026, organised by Tata Steel Foundation in collaboration with the O/o the State Commissioner for PwDs , Government of Odisha.

O/o State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, Department for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities in association with Rising Flame, North Goa District Legal Services Authority and Rotary Club Bardez Coastal organised a workshop “Disability Rights Are Human Rights.”

On the occasion of #InternationalWomensDay, the O/o State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, Goa, with Rising Flame Foundation, organised a workshop at on “Beyond the Medical Model: Gender, Disability & Rights.” Promoting dignity, consent & inclusive healthcare. 💜
