It's possible someone accidentally tried to register with your email by mistake. No worries, we should be able to help! Please submit a support ticket through our form here: dis.gd/contact Once you're there, select Help & Support > Account Deletion Request. Just to clarify, your support account is separate from your Discord account. You don't need to log into your Discord account in order to send in a support ticket. Hey @discord_support , I’ve had 3 different accounts try to register with my Gmail address in the past 12 hours. I used the contact support link, but it says I need an account to report fraudulent activity? That’s frustrating.

@discord_support I bought the venom bundle because I thought you were able to switch between logo and no logo but it turn out you have to buy them separately, I understand they all sales are final but is there anyway to exchange the logo for the one without the logo?

Hey @discord_support I think your recent update broke Video files (on mobile at least). I can’t watch any of them in full screen anymore. It just shows the circle where the play button should be and I click it and it starts playing but doesn’t let me watch in fullscreen.

@discord_support Hey discord support uhh I forgot my password right? And I try to reset it but it said I have to put old password first and I forgot then I logged out and click forgot password but it doesn't let me reset my password it just let me one tap login please help. My English is bad sry

@DewaDonnie1 Hi! Apologies for the late reply. Did you enable SMS authentication? If so, try: -Open an incognito browser window -Log into Discord - discord.com/login -Press the "Receive auth code from SMS" option located below -Type in the 6-digit code to log into your account

@discord_support hey when I reset my password it request the 2 factor authentication the problem is I lost my authentication can you remove it please?

Hi! Sorry for replying this late. A rate limit is an automated security system that is typically activated when you make an action too quickly (such as sending out friend requests). Please wait at least 48 hours before trying the action again. Unfortunately, we are not able to manually remove a rate limit.

@discord_support I am trying to join a server for "escape simulator" but it requires me to have a phone number on my accout. every time i try to add my number for verification i get an error message. most of the time it says limited resources or something

@discord I need access to my account restored! I even have my personal phone number associated with that account and yet I can't get in without a password reset, and I already explained that my email was removed from the account. Please help!!

@discord_support I had made this account 5 months ago on my phone and now I lost the phone along with the email and the number and yesterday I got logged out and tried to reset the password and now I can't log in cause it needs me to reset the password. The username is kijaru31
