@discord my discord account has been compromised and the email it's associated with is unable to be open. Please help.

@discord_support @discord is there anyway to recover a discord account even though the access to the original email is gone. I have other proof such as nitro transactions and ip/devices the account has been logged in from.

💡 Reminder: Compromised accounts don't always look suspicious. If someone on your friends list sends you a random link or file out of nowhere: - Don't immediately click it - If something doesn't feel right, right-click (long press on mobile) → "Report Message" - Think their account is compromised? @discord_support please im sick and tired of this issue(desktop)when i open my dc it closes and restarts by itself after like 30 seconds, its fkn annoying and im sick and tired of doing deepdives looking for solutions, I BEG please fix this? on reddit theres people having the same issue 9 MO AGO!

@discord_support Hello, I am having a big problem for the past 3 weeks now and when I open tickets on the support website I either receive no help besides copy pasted replies which doesn't solve anything or my tickets are just closed with no replies and marked as "solved"

So long as *one* of your tickets is marked as Open, then it is in line to be reviewed. The Account Secuirty team has been experiencing a high volume of tickets, which has resulted in higher wait times. The team is working through these tickets as quick as they can, they understand that these cases are urgent. Sadly, I don't have a wait time estimate that I can currently offer. We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime.

@discord_support @discord My account has been hacked, the original email for the account has been hacked too. Is there anyway to get my account back? I have nitro subscription payments to prove ownership of the account as well as the previously registered phone number.
