I've never had the desire to vandalize a speed camera until today
Government accounting is absurd. They take money they don't have, spend it, & then project the growth of spending they haven't done w/ money they don't have & make promsises they can't keep. Spending goes up every year but is called a "cut" b/c it doesn't match expected levels.
